Open Sky is expert in the delivery of Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) that have been studied in large-scale, clinical trials involving hundreds of clients. EBPs have been shown to be significantly more effective than “treatments as usual.” EBPs tend to be highly structured, manualized treatments that emphasize skills training in a context of compassionate support.
We offer more evidence-based practices – applied extensively in programs across our agency – than any other human service agency in Massachusetts. Our expertise in EBPs is evidenced by the long-term success of The Bridge Training Institute, which offers continuing education workshops and personalized consultation services that focus on evidence-based and best practice treatment models. Our training and consultation services are tailored to meet the needs of schools, human service professionals and licensed clinicians.
