About the HUB
Opened in December 2021, the new Open Sky Rapid Response HUB provides urgent and timely access to services, all starting in one place. Individuals seeking services will be connected with a member of our team. Using the “whole person” approach, we will address a variety of needs including behavioral health, substance use, navigation of the medical system, housing insecurity, food insecurity and benefit enrollment.
Insurances are accepted, and services are available at no cost to the uninsured. The program is funded through a SAMHSA Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Grant. Anyone can make an appointment and no referral is needed.
Who We Serve
The HUB serves anyone who needs support in the area of behavioral health, including adults with serious mental health needs, children and youth with serious emotional challenges, and people with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The HUB is focused on providing care to individuals in the traditionally underserved Latinx and LGBTQIA+ communities, Veterans, Justice- Involved or people experiencing Homelessness.
Our Partners
In order to provide comprehensive care, we work collaboratively with partners such as Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, Family Health Center of Worcester and others. Each of our partners is an industry leader in their field and together we ensure that those who come to the HUB for services receive the best quality care.
Hours and Location
The Open Sky Rapid Response HUB is located at 288 Grove Street, Worcester, Massachusetts.
The HUB is open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
