Jay Bry
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Fitchburg State University
As Vice President of Finance and Administration, Mr. Bry provides leadership and direction for the university’s and Foundation’s finances, which includes budgeting, accounting and procurement. He provides leadership and strategic vision for the capital and operations of the university, and has supervised several projects in recent years that have significantly changed the campus environment.
Prior to joining the Board of Directors, Mr. Bry served on the Bridge’s development committee, and supported/promoted Safe Homes, the program that serves LGBTQ youth in the Worcester area. “The Bridge of Central Massachusetts makes such a difference in so many people’s lives,” says Jay. “I’m proud and excited to be part of their growth.”
Mr. Bry holds a Master of Science degree from Purdue University.
Liz Olivera-Mustard

Liz Olivera-Mustard recently joined the Bridge’s Board of Directors, bringing a wealth of health care experience to the agency. “I am honored and delighted to have a voice with the Bridge and joining them in their mission to support and inspire individuals and families to help them achieve their goals and dreams,” says Liz. “The Bridge has made a tremendous impact in our communities and the lives of those they serve.”
Prior to her current position in privacy and compliance at Fallon Health, Ms. Olivera-Mustard was responsible for the coordination and implementation of compliance, quality and accreditation activities at the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Worcester. She directed online services for Total Compliance Services in Wellesley, MA, and managed outreach and quality for Excell Clinical Laboratories, Inc., in Brighton, MA. As a consultant for Medsafe, Inc. she provided compliance solutions for various health care organizations, including training and materials in her native Spanish language. Ms. Olivera-Mustard holds certifications in Healthcare Privacy Compliance and Healthcare Compliance.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology – ASCP certified, from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
