Allison Bernier previously served as director of care innovation for The Providence Center, Rhode Island’s largest community mental health provider, before joining the Central Community Health Partnership.
A community partnership of five nonprofit organizations aimed at serving MassHealth patients with better care coordination has named Allison Bernier vice president, according to a March 2 statement.
Bernier, a licensed independent clinical social worker, will lead a team of nurses, clinicians, care managers and coordinators, and recovery coaches as vice president of the Central Community Health Partnership, announced earlier this year as part of a larger, state program to improve care coordination for people covered by the state Medicaid program. The partnership includes Worcester-based AdCare Hospital; The Bridge of Central Massachusetts, also of Worcester; Alternatives Unlimited Inc. of Northbridge; Fitchburg-based LUK Inc.; and Sturbridge-based Venture Community Services.
Bernier was previously director of care innovation for The Providence Center, the largest community mental health provider in Rhode Island.
