Open Sky Community Services in Worcester has named Eric Roldan as its director of outpatient services, placing him in charge of oversight of The Bridge Counseling Center, the nonprofit announced on Monday.
Roldan most recently served as the clinical program director for Spectrum Health Systems, also of Worcester.
“Eric brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and understanding of our local community to this position, which will help our outpatient services to grow to meet the ever-changing needs of the region,” said Karen Duby, Open Sky’s vice president of behavioral health, in a statement.
Roldan, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, holds a master’s degree in social work from Springfield College. He has been working in the human service field for more than a decade.
