Open Sky Community Services, a nonprofit based on Mann Street in Worcester, has leased 33,000 square feet at 288 Grove St., a medical office building completed in 2021.
Open Sky will run the Open Sky Rapid Response HUB from the location, offering behavioral health services, substance use treatment, and housing and nutrition support, according to a press release from Open Sky and NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. The HUB is funded by a Substance Use and Mental Health Services Administration grant provided to increase accessibility to behavioral healthcare.
The lease agreement was arranged by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs and Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc., both Worcester-based real estate firms.
Open Sky’s lease is for the second and third floor of the three-story, 51,000-square-foot building. The first floor houses Summit ElderCare, an adult day care facility run by Worcester insurer Fallon Health.
The 288 Grove St. property offers biotech and lab space and is the newest medical office building in the city, according to real estate listing service LoopNet.
Open Sky currently operates the Rapid Response HUB from its headquarters at 4 Mann St. in Worcester. Services are offered onsite and appointments can be made online.
