Open Sky Community Services has hired Mary Benvenuto of Blackstone as its new executive vice president and CFO, the Worcester-based human services nonprofit announced Monday.
“Mary has the right technical, strategic and leadership skills to help Open Sky continue to grow and remain financially healthy, so that we can sustain our mission of serving the community through integrated whole person care,” Ken Bates, Open Sky president and CEO, said in the Monday announcement.
Previously, Benvenuto served as CFO at Manet Community Health Center in Quincy.
Benvenuto replaces Anthony Consolmagno, who left the organization to work for Worcester’s Fallon Health in August.
Benvenuto has served on the boards for Blackstone Valley Boys and Girls Club in Blackstone, Youth Pride Inc. in Providence, and the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District Strategic Planning Committee. She holds a master’s degree in accounting from Nichols College in Dudley.
