Honoring Daniel J. Hanrahan

Open Sky extends our condolences to the family of Daniel J. Hanrahan (left in photo), 81, who passed away following an illness, on January 13, 2023. Dan was the founding executive director of The Bridge of Westborough (which later became The Bridge of Central Mass.), working in the role from 1973 to 1980 and then returning for a second stint in 1990 until his retirement in 1996.

Dan remained close to former board members and staff of The Bridge and served as a corporator for Open Sky Community Services until his passing.
