Lisa Jeronymo, VP of Human Resources, attended a conference in Nashville last week, where Open Sky received national recognition by USA Today as a Top Workplace, based on our Energage Employee Satisfaction survey results.

Open Sky was previously recognized as a Top Workplace for MA by the Boston Globe. According to officials from Energage, Open Sky was among 219 employers nationwide with 1,000 to 2,499 employees who received recognition for the survey results.

“The recognition of Open Sky is a reflection of your people and how they experience your culture, leadership, mission and more,” said the Energage representative in a recent email.

She noted that Open Sky employees consistently report:

  • A strong sense of purpose and meaning
  • Trust in their managers and leaders
  • Clear support for growth, learning and development
  • A culture of inclusion and belonging
  • A strong foundation of appreciation

She cited specific data from the survey:

90% of employees feel that their jobs are meaningful.

85% of employees are happy with their work-life flexibility.

84% of employees believe we operate by strong values.

83% of employees believe that their manager cares about their concerns.

81% of employees believe their managers support their professional growth and development.

79% of employees feel that we are an inclusive company.

79% of employees feel that they are motivated to give their best

78% of employees believe we are open to all types of different points of view.

78% of employees feel they are appreciated here.

77% of employees would highly recommend working here.

76% of employees believe we are innovative.

76% of employees agree that we provide the formal training they need for their career
