Helping Employees Achieve Their Career Goals
The goal of the Clinical and Leadership Pathway Program is to increase the recruitment and retention of clinical and leadership staff from under-represented groups in the Behavioral Health field. This focus area enhances our efforts to promote workforce retention, recruitment, and training of the Behavioral Health/Human Services workforce in Central Mass and support the development of a culturally responsive and diverse workforce.
This model aims to mitigate barriers and enhance access to educational opportunities for current employees to advance their careers and find success through a range of opportunities across the workforce continuum, from professionals seeking certificate-level achievement, college credit, and advanced degrees as well as leadership training.
This project is funded by MassHire, Commonwealth Corporation, Mass Health, and RIZE Foundation
Program
- 12 weeks, 7 group sessions, 5 mentor sessions
- Be paid for your time in the program

- Work with mentors and navigators to develop a Career Plan
- Learn about leadership and clinical roles and the steps and supports available to help you achieve your goals
- Opportunities to network and build relationships that could support your growth
