Sign-On and Retention Incentives
Effective March 23, 2022, Open Sky is participating in the Commonwealth’s HireNow grant to provide sign-on and retention bonuses of $5,000-$6,000 for key full-time roles in direct client service (direct care). Restrictions apply.

What are the requirements to receive the HireNow bonus?
A limited number of new full-time hires in direct client service (direct care) roles under the HireNow grant, will receive a bonus of $4,000. The first 60 days of employment at full-time hours worked will qualify you for the $4,000 bonus. Part-time and relief/per diem staff do not qualify under the terms of this grant. Rehires do not qualify, and no one can receive funds under this grant multiple times.
Open Sky will add a retention bonus of $1,000 at the end of September. Add this to the $4,000 bonus through the HireNow grant and receive a total bonus of $5,000!
There are several high-priority roles (all Clinical openings as well as all openings within our Children, Adolescent, and Young Adult Services division) that will receive a $2,000 retention bonus at the end of September. The total bonus (including HireNow) for these roles is $6,000!
