An Opportunity for Workers Affected by COVID-19

In this period of uncertainty, some things remain the same. As always, Open Sky is committed to meeting the needs of those we serve. But, at this very challenging time, we are also reaching out to employees from other industries who have been affected by COVID-19. Your community needs you and we need you.

As a human service organization, we will remain open and available to provide immediate work for those looking for employment.

Why Open Sky?

We’re more than just a workplace. We’re a place where your work matters.

We make a difference in the lives of people every day. Now more than ever, we need to step up and support some of the most vulnerable members of our community. We are confident that while you may start this job out of need, we can help develop your work into a lifelong fulfilling career.

Your safety matters.

We have a new recruitment process in response to COVID-19.

Nothing is more important to us at Open Sky than the health and safety of the people we serve, and our staff. That includes the health and safety of the enthusiastic candidates we hope will become future team members. Therefore, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are adapting our recruitment process in a way to limit face to face interactions, but still make sure we get to know each other. We are enrolling new employees 1:1 and conducting health screens before entering programs, as well as continuous health screens agency wide to keep new employees safe.
