Walk, jog or ride throughout the Blackstone Valley on one of three non-competitive routes:

  • 30-Mile cycling route (9am)

  • 5K walk/run (10am)
    *NEW for 2025* This year’s 5k will be timed!

  • Golden Mile walk (11am)

The variety of routes means that people of all ages and abilities, those with and without disabilities or mental health challenges, are able to come together as equal participants.

All routes begin and end at the Alternatives’ Whitin Mill, 50 Douglas Road, Whitinsville, MA.
