The 4th Annual Milford Fall Family Fun Day is coming Saturday, October 15 (rain date, Sunday, October 16), at Milford Town Park, on the corner of Congress and Walnut Street, from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Families are invited to enjoy live music by several bands, games and prizes, moonwalks, balloon art, face painting, caricatures and a Halloween costume contest. The event will also feature meet and greets from the animal ambassadors of Southwick’s Zoo. A variety of food and raffle items will be available at low cost with proceeds benefiting Alternatives’ services for people with disabilities and the Milford Public Schools special education programs.
The Fall Family Fun Day is organized by Alternatives’ Greater Milford Advisory Council and hosted in partnership with the Milford Rotary Club to help raise awareness about Alternatives’ programs in Greater Milford and bring people of all abilities together. Although the event is free to attend, donations are welcome are welcome the day of, or online at AlternativesNet.org/FamilyFunDay.
