Open Sky Has Been Named a Top Place to Work in 2025 by the Boston Globe
Open Sky is one of 45 'largest' employers named by the Boston Globe to their list of Top Places to Work for 2025, based on results from the Energage Employee experience surveys. A total of 314 Massachusetts employers participated in the Energage surveys.
Lisa Jeronymo, Lorie Martiska, Kelley Gamble, Ryan Johnston and Omo Fagboore from Open Sky attended the event announcement in Boston on December 2nd.
In addition to this recognition, Energage has informed Open Sky that it is also being singled out for achievement in areas of specific groupings of questions, including Employee Wellness, Recognition and Professional Development.
According to VP of HR Lisa Jeronymo, these are all areas that the agency has been making specific efforts to address, since they are key drivers of employee satisfaction and retention.
She noted that Open Sky's improvement in scores is attributable to many efforts by managers, leaders and committees across the agency to improve employee wellness, career advancement, communication, satisfaction, recognition and retention.
