Open Sky is a leading provider of Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) for individuals referred by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH).

Our services are delivered by an integrated team of licensed clinicians, program directors, housing counselors, outreach counselors, nurses, peer support specialists, family partners and addiction counselors.

We use evidence‑based practices and individualized care plans to support adults as they gain self‑awareness, learn new coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Residential Group Home Living Environment

Open Sky offers a variety of group living settings across Worcester County, North Central Massachusetts, and Southern Worcester County for adults with serious mental health challenges or co‑occurring substance use disorders.

Supported Housing & Community Supports

Many adults prefer to live in their own homes or transition from residential programs to more independent settings. Open Sky provides flexible supports based on the level of help each person needs.

How We Support Adults in the Community

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program

The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program is a unique service offered to individuals served throughout Open Sky’s mental health programs. Program staff offer the cultural competence and understanding of being deaf and being fully connected to the deaf community.
