What is PACT?

Assertive Community Treatment is an evidence-based, wrap-around service model for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness for whom traditional service models have not been fully helpful.

The PACT approach includes individual therapy, case management and care coordination, nursing support, psychiatry, vocational and housing support, and peer support.
