Open Sky Peer Support Services has partnered with the Ripple Effect Peer Recovery Support Center and Montachusset Recovery Center to host All Recovery Meetings in Leominster, MA. These meetings are open to everyone regardless of where you are in your recovery journey.

Aggressive Treatment and Relapse Prevention (ATARP)
ATARP is a DMH‑funded supported housing program for adults and families in Worcester who are homeless and living with both mental illness and substance use disorders.
What ATARP Provides
- Housing First model with immediate access to stable housing
- Intensive clinical outreach and support in the community
- 24/7 access to staff for crisis support
- Help securing long‑term housing
- Customized relapse‑prevention supports
Homeless Initiative Program (HIP) is part of ATARP and offers:
- Housing search support
- Limited financial assistance
- Case management for 18 adults and families in Worcester
- Funded by the City of Worcester
BSAS Rapid Rehousing
BSAS Rapid Rehousing supports adults and families in Worcester who are homeless and transitioning out of a substance use treatment program.
Program Features
- Short‑term supported housing
- Based on Housing First principles
- Community‑based outreach
- 24/7 access to staff
- Funded through a subcontract with Central Mass Housing Alliance (CMHA)
Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment
IDDT is an evidence‑based model for people with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders who benefit from wrap‑around, individualized support.
IDDT Includes
- Integrated mental health and substance use treatment
- Skills training and relapse‑prevention
- Community‑based coaching and support
- A coordinated team focused on whole‑person care
OASIS Residential Program
The Oasis Co-Occurring Enhanced Residential Rehabilitation Services (COE-RRS) is a 16-bed treatment program, located in Douglas, MA.
The program is funded by BSAS and delivered in partnership with Harrington Hospital.
What Oasis Offers
- 6–12 months of intensive clinical and recovery support
- 24/7 staffing
- Daytime clinical team including:

- RN
- Licensed Clinician
- Access to psychiatric prescribers through Harrington Hospital
- Safe, structured environment for long‑term healing
