Who We Are
The Bridge Counseling Center offers support for people of all ages who need help with various complex challenges such as behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, medical, developmental, or other support and services.
The Bridge of Central Massachusetts for the maintenance of Bridge Counseling Center Clinic is a Certified Behavioral Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) and Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center (BHUC).

In-person and telehealth sessions are available.

Tuesday: 9am – 7pm

Who We Serve
We welcome children, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults and have board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists on staff. We are ready to support anyone who needs help with:
- Mental health concerns
- Serious mental illnesses
- Developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Substance use disorders or addictions
- Co‑occurring disorders (mental health + substance use)
- Physical or medical challenges
- Emotional stress, life changes, grief, or relationship problems
