As the Clinical Service Director of Community Services at Open Sky, Taylor Lacroix oversees 24 programs that serve over 1600 individuals with complex social and health needs within Worcester County. She has distinctive experience working within Open Sky's organization. Her experiences make her uniquely qualified to lead the collaborative partnership between the Worcester Police Department and the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health to develop behavioral health and de-escalation training for first responders.

Sondrea Surette-Narcisse

Sondrea Surette-Narcisse is the Operations Director for the Crisis Intervention Training and Training Technical Assistant Center at Open Sky. She began her career in human services in 2015, shortly after attending the American International College for Psychology. She has worked in several roles throughout her career, including Program Manager at a Residential Group Home, Domestic Violence Advocate at the YWCA, and Care Coordinator supporting individuals with mental health and substance abuse. Her specialty is in program development, domestic violence services, and implantation of training initiatives.

Luis Portillo Reyes

Luis Portillo Reyes is the Community Relations Liaison for CIT-TTAC. He has experience as a former Vital EMS Dispatcher, Worcester EMS/LIFE Flight Dispatcher, and Clark University PD Dispatcher. He is also currently a Criminal Justice Major. As the community relations liaison, Luis collaborates with our community partners in law enforcement and other community organizations in the central Massachusetts area to promote consistency and quality of CIT training and technical support.

Esther Boama-Nyarko provides administrative support for Central MA CIT-TTAC. She is committed to upholding and impacting efforts to improve diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in all aspects of her work. She supports the team in implementing current programs and improving initiatives that engage individuals in behavioral health crises.
