Integrated Dual Diagnosis Disorder

Your path to recovery, support, and empowerment starts here.

What is IDDT?

Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) is an evidence-based, wrap-around service model for individuals with a dual-diagnosis of a mental health and a substance use disorder who would benefit from individualized, community-based support.

Our wrap-around services meet you where you are — in your journey and in your community. Let us walk beside you as you work toward your goals — with care, flexibility, and respect.

Why Choose IDDT?

Our team works alongside you to build the life you want. We offer:

  • Individual therapy tailored to your goals

  • Peer support from recovery coaches with lived experience

  • Navigation services to help with housing, benefits, education, justice involvement, family goals, and more

  • Flexible meeting options — we’ll meet where you feel most comfortable

✅ Have MassHealth insurance
