Seeds of Hope is a low-barrier shelter funded by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and operated by Open Sky Community Services.
The shelter is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week from December 19, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
The shelter has capacity for 60 people and offers food and shelter and services such as housing navigation, case management, access to medical care, mental health services and substance use treatment, assistance with applications for employment and benefits, and transportation.
Security is provided 24/7 and a Worcester Police Detail is onsite daily from 3 to 11pm.
