Open Sky Community Services hires leaders for behavioral health and real estate

Open Sky Community Services, a nonprofit behavioral health and human services organization, today announced that it has appointed Anne DeLomba as Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health Services and James Doyle as Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities.

“The addition of Anne and James, and the skills and capabilities that they bring, further strengthens our management team,” said Open Sky President and CEO Ken Bates. “They are committed to using these roles to ensure the people who seek services from our organization receive the highest quality care in an efficient, dignified setting.”

DeLomba will oversee the design and development of service models that incorporate holistic, whole-person care that meets the evolving needs of the populations served.  She will guide the integration of clinical services, nursing services, staff development and quality services for behavioral health.

Prior to joining Open Sky DeLomba was the Director of Behavioral Health Services for Central Community Health Partnership (CCHP), and held leadership positions at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island and Harrington Hospital’s Outpatient Behavioral Health Program.  She is a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree in expressive arts therapy from Lesley University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marist College.  She is a resident of Blackstone.

Doyle will be responsible for the planning, acquisition, management and maintenance of Open Sky’s property portfolio.  He has extensive experience in developing real estate strategies, planning, design, construction management and overall project management.

Doyle, a Southwick resident, previously worked as the Director of Global Real Estate for Cigna and directed the Project Management Global Leadership Platform for CBRE.  He holds a degree in architectural design from Porter Chester and a certificate in real estate finance from Boston University.
