Autism Individual Supports
Our Autism Supports program helps young adults leaving school and older adults who need guidance by offering assessments, case management, and individualized supports, along with referrals for jobs, education, and clinical services.

Day Rehabilitation Services
Our Day Habilitation programs in Whitinsville (Adult Learning Center) and Wrentham (Community Connections) help individuals learn skills, receive therapy, and stay involved in their community.
Employment Services
We assist adults with disabilities in exploring interests, preparing for work, and finding meaningful jobs or volunteer roles.
Family Support Center
The Family Support Center helps families understand available services and provides training, advocacy, and guidance for day‑to‑day and long‑term needs.

Residential Services
We offer safe, supportive homes across Worcester County where adults with developmental disabilities can live comfortably and pursue personal goals through options like group homes, shared living, and supported living.
Shared Living
Shared Living allows a person to live with a host family who provides support, connection, and daily guidance, with Open Sky staff available when specialized help is needed.
