The Open Sky Rapid Response HUB is your fast, one‑stop doorway to care. Since opening in 2021, the HUB has helped people get urgent support without the stress of navigating multiple systems. When you contact us, you’ll connect with a caring member of our team who will listen, understand what’s going on, and help you get the right services quickly.
We use a “whole person” approach, meaning we look at everything that may be affecting your well‑being—not just one issue. Whether you are facing a mental health crisis, substance use concerns, or basic needs like housing or food, we are here to help.

Insurance is accepted, and services are free for people without insurance. No referral is needed—anyone can make an appointment.

Our Partners
We work closely with trusted partners such as the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, Family Health Center of Worcester, and others. By teaming up with experts across healthcare and community services, we make sure every person who comes to the HUB receives high‑quality, coordinated care.

The Open Sky Rapid Response HUB is located on the 3rd Floor at 288 Grove Street, Worcester, Massachusetts.
Tuesday: 9:30am - 11:30am
Thursday: 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Friday: 1:30pm - 3:30pm
