Aggressive Treatment and Relapse Prevention (ATARP)
Aggressive Treatment and Relapse Prevention (ATARP) is a DMH funded supported housing program designed to serve 12 adults and/or families in Worcester who are homeless and have co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. Based on Housing First principles, the program provides intensive community-based clinical outreach, and access to staff 24/7. The Homeless Initiative Program (HIP) aids with locating housing, limited financial assistance, and supportive case management services to 18 adults and/or families in Worcester. The program is funded by the City of Worcester.
BSAS Rapid Rehousing
BSAS Rapid rehousing is a shorter term supported housing program designed to serve 12 adults and/or families in Worcester who are homeless and transitioning out of a substance use treatment program. Based on Housing First principles, the program provides community-based outreach, and access to staff 24/7. The program is funded through a subcontract with Central Mass Housing Alliance (CMHA).
OASIS Program
The Oasis Co-Occurring Enhanced Residential Rehabilitation Services (COE-RRS) is a 16-bed treatment program, located in Douglas, MA. Oasis partners with Harrington Hospital to provide 6-12 months of clinical and recovery support services to individuals with both a mental health and substance use disorder diagnosis. The program is funded by the Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS).
The home is operational 24/7. Clinical staff available during the day, in addition to shift coverage, includes a Program Director, Clinical Director, RN and a Licensed Clinician. Psychiatric Prescribers are available through our partnership with Harrington Hospital.
